Turkcell, a leading GSM operator in Turkey, won two awards from the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD).
In a statement, Turkcell said that Turkcell Academy received two 'Excellence in Practice' awards in their 'Practice at work' and 'Organizational Learning' programmes. ASTD is the world's largest professional association which dedicates to fields of training and development.
Turkcell aims to improve their customer satisfaction and create a reliable system between the customer and it's employees with the 'Customer 2.0 Development Programme'.
Turkcell Academy, Head of Department Banu Isci Sezen stated during the awards ceremony on May 7 in Denver, Colorado that she was honoured and happy to receive two awards. She said that they knew to be different and creative for investing in customers.
Turkcell is Turkey's first mobile phone network and the leader of the market with average of 35 million subscribers.
