NBA: Detroit Pistons acquire Turkish forward
Turkish international Ersan Ilyasova heads to Detroit

ISTANBUL
The Milwaukee Bucks have traded their Turkish power forward Ersan Ilyasova to the Detroit Pistons on Thursday evening.
NBA.com reported that the Detroit Pistons acquired the Bucks' 28-year-old forward Ersan Ilyasova in exchange for forwards Caron Butler and Shawne Williams.
Pistons' head coach Stan Van Gundy praised the acquisition and Ilyasova’s high energy and three-point shooting skills.
Ersan Ilyasova has spent seven seasons in the National Basketball Association. This past season, the Turkish international averaged 11.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.0 assist.
