Turkish stock exchange down at open
BIST 100 down 1.01% at Wednesday’s open

Türkiye's benchmark stock index opened Wednesday at 9,617.01 points, down by 1.01% or 98.57 points from the previous close.
On Tuesday, the BIST 100 jumped 4.48% to 9,715.58 points, with a daily transaction volume of 175.6 billion Turkish liras ($4.62 billion).
As of 10:05 a.m. local time (0705GMT), exchange rates stood at 38.0045 liras to the US dollar, 41.0310 to the euro, and 49.1245 to the British pound.
The price of an ounce of gold was $3,026.45, while Brent crude oil was trading at $72.70 per barrel.
