Flights from and to Sarajevo Airport were canceled Thursday morning due to thick fog.
The International Airport of Sarajevo (IAS) confirmed to the Anadolu Agency (AA) that all morning flights including the flight from Istanbul, were canceled.
In case the fog does not lift later in the day, noon flights will also be canceled, says the operator.
Other airports in the Balkans operate as usual on Thursday.
Fog and smog stemming from air pollution in Sarajevo have resulted in the cancelation of flights over the last month.
