The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 500 Turkish liras at 21.00 and the lowest will be 341.45 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 26.42% to 220.28 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 381.56 liras and 384.10 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Sunday was set as 556.56 liras at 20.00 and the lowest at 179.99 liras at 15.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.45 Turkish liras at 1106 GMT on Sunday.
