The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 1,745 Turkish liras at between 07.00-11.00 local time (0400 and 0800) and 13.00-22.00 (1000 and 1900GMT) while the lowest is determined as 1,299.99 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 26.7% to 758.56 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,661.90 liras and 1,682.72 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Sunday was set as 1,695 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time (1600 GMT) on Friday, while the lowest was determined as 1,000 liras at 08.00 local time (0500 GMT)
US$1 equals 14.19 liras at 1115 GMT on Sunday.
