-Istanbulites to enjoy hip-hop with AraabMuzik
American record producer and DJ, Abraham Orellana – AKA AraabMuzik – will hit the stage at Istanbul's Babylon concert hall tonight.
Having risen to fame with his skills for making live beats, AraabMuzik is considered as an innovator in using technology to produce rapid, rhythmic drum melodies.
The 25-year-old musician, who began making music at the age of 10, has worked with several major performers including 50 Cent, Eminem and Busta Rhymes.

-Istanbul to host German "Dictaphone"
Berlin-based electro-jazz band, Dictaphone, will perform a unique show at Istanbul’s Salon IKSV concert hall Friday.
Formed in the late 90s, Dictaphone consists of multi-instrumentalist Oliver Doerell, clarinet-saxophone player Roger Doring and Alex Stolze on violin.
The trio has released three albums in 2002, 2006 and 2012, respectively.

-Swedish singer Elliphant to perform in Turkey
Ellinor Olovsdotter, known by her stage name Elliphant, will be performing at Babylon, Istanbul on Saturday, March 7.
The 27-year-old Swedish artist is praised for her unique style and futuristic sound, a blend of 90s pop, reggae, indie and dubstep.
Well-known for the 2013 song "Down on Life" following the release of her first single, "Tekkno Scene," Elliphant has a studio album named "A Good Idea," and two singles "One More" with MO and "Purple Night" featuring Doja Cat.
She has a nomination for the 2014 P3 Gold Award "Newcomer of the Year."

-Tim Burton presents "Big Eyes"
The American biography-drama "Big Eyes" will hit Turkish theatres Friday, March 6.
Starring Amy Adams and Christoph Waltz, the film is directed by Tim Burton, who is known for blockbusters such as “Pee-Wee's Big Adventure” (1985), “Batman” (1989), “Batman Returns” (1992) and “The Nightmare Before Christmas” (1993).
The movie, set in the 1960s, tells a true story of one of the biggest art frauds in history.
