ANKARA
The Syrian General Revolutionary Council announced on Monday that they "had nothing to do with today's suicide attacks in Syria and that the attacks were organized by the Syrian administration".
In a written statement released on Monday, the Council said that they were not responsible for Monday's blasts and suicide attacks in Syria.
The Syrian administration organized the blasts and suicide attacks to spread fear among the people and to prevent demonstrations, argued the Council.
According to documents leaked, the Council said that the Syrian people would be left with two options if things went worse in Syria: "either the people would be given freedom or security forces would be in control of events".
At least nine people were killed while 100 others were wounded in two suicide attacks in northern Syrian city of Idlib on Monday.
Syria's state-run SANA news agency reported that the suicide attacks were conducted with two vehicles at the Hanano Square and on Karilton Avenue in Idlib.
Two UN observers came to the site of the blasts, took notes and talked with people nearby.
Meanwhile, Syrian security forces killed six people on Monday in clashes taking place in different corners of the country.
Earlier on Monday, a rocket attack was staged against the Syrian Central Bank in Damascus causing massive material damage. Four police officers were wounded in the rocket attack.
