DAMASCUS
A total of 126 people were killed Sunday in operations Assad forces staged in several cities of Syria.
According to the Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR), a London-based group that tracks civilian and rebel casualties, Assad forces killed 28 in Aleppo, 20 in Homs, 4 each in Daraa and Quneitra, 3 each in Deir al-Zor and in Idlib, 1 in Hama and 63 died due to air backed operations in the suburbs of Damascus.
Meanwhile, Syrian national news agency (SANA) stated that Syrian armed forces neutralized many "terrorists" and destroyed their vehicles in the operations carried out around the country.
