CAIRO (AA) - August 7, 2012 - Egypt's Science, Technology & Scientific Research Minister Nadia Zakhary has said that Egyptians were more successful than Israelis over doing scientific research. 

"Egyptian people are much more successful than Israelis with doing scientific research and using their intelligences, however, we are not as lucky as Israelis in terms of financial circumstances," Zakhary told Anadolu Agency on Tuesday in an exclusive interview.
Stating that Israel acts responsively towards financing scientific and technological research with 4 percent of its national income, Zakhary said that Egypt supports those kind of research with its 0.3 percent of national income. 
Minister Zakhary stated that they started gathering benefits of recent scientific researches in her country, and would focus on energy projects in the coming periods.
