Türkiye’s JRO unveils luxury villa project in northwestern city

ISTANBUL

Turkish firm JRO Investment has unveiled Citta Villas, a luxury villa complex in the northwestern province of Yalova promoting wellness and the Cittaslow philosophy of slow and tranquil living, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

The development, carried out by the company's real estate arm, aims to combine wellness, design, calm living, and strong infrastructure while creating long-term value for both Turkish and international property investors.

JRO board member Nurettin Tepe said the project seeks to meet the needs of residents prioritizing health, quality of life, and community interaction.

"At Citta Villas, we have designed a concept that addresses all of these priorities," Tepe said.

"Residents will have access to 24-hour doctor, nurse, and ambulance services, security, technical support, spa facilities, and high-quality social areas where they can connect with others who share similar cultures and interests," he added.

The villas will be built in a seaside complex that also borders a green valley, on a 25-acre family-owned plot located 10 minutes from Yalova's city center, Tepe added.

JRO Chair Murat Goktug Aksu said the project builds on the company’s earlier development, ZenOva Thermal Residence, with an emphasis on lifestyle and wellness-shaped design and service standards.

The construction of ZenOva’s 300 units is about 60% complete, he noted.

"Our goal is not just to build housing, but to raise living standards, combine aesthetics with health and tranquility, and create long-term value,” Aksu said.

"We plan to expand this vision nationwide with new projects in Yalova, Istanbul, and surrounding provinces," he added.
