Turkish stock exchange up at Wednesday's open
BIST 100 index gains around 11.4 points at opening session

ISTANBUL
The Turkish benchmark stock index opened the midweek at 10,062.81 points, up by 0.11% or 11.43 points from the previous close.
On Tuesday, the BIST 100 index rose by 0.53% to 10,051.37 points with a daily transaction volume of 91 billion liras ($2.81 billion).
The US dollar/Turkish lira (USD/TRY) exchange rate was 32.3670 as of 10.10 a.m. (0710GMT), the EUR/TRY rate stood at 34.7980, while the GBP/TRY rate was 41.2390.
The price of one ounce of gold was $2,314.76, and the barrel price of Brent oil was around $82.20.
