ISTANBUL
The documentary “Voices of the World on the Streets of Istanbul,” produced by Anadolu senior cameraman Tayyib Hosbas and editor Sercan Kurt, has been selected for the official lineup of the Japan World Tourism Film Festival.
Presented through a cinematic narrative, the documentary tells the life stories of foreign musicians performing at various locations across Istanbul and highlights the cultural diversity they bring to the city.
The documentary was selected from among 1,132 projects submitted to the festival.
It will be screened from March 18 to 20 in Koka city, Shiga Prefecture, Japan.
“Voices of the World on the Streets of Istanbul” has also previously won an award in the “Series News” category at the 28th Zoom International News Footage Competition organized by the Turkish Association of News Cameramen.
