52 Syrians enter Turkey
On the other hand, 52 Syrians, including 2 wounded ones, entered Turkey after fleeing from clashes in their country.
Sources told the Anadolu Agency (AA) correspondent that, in the past 24 hours, 50 Syrians entered Turkey via the Kusakli village of southern town of Reyhanli.
The death toll reached 14,093 in Syria since the protests in the country began in March, 2011.
A ceasefire plan, which was presented by UN-Arab League Special Envoy to Syria Kofi Annan to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on March 10 and accepted by him on March 27, came into effect on April 12. Assad's government has been accused of failing to abide by key terms of the truce plan, including pulling all forces from urban areas and allowing peaceful demonstrations.
