ANKARA
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) opened an office in Ankara.
Speaking at a press conference in Ankara on Wednesday, Turkey Director of the EBRD Michael Davey said that their bank had very close relations with the EU.
In a statement released earlier this week, EBRD said that the bank opened a resident office in Ankara in order to support and step up its presence.
EBRD has been active in Turkey for three years and made investments worth more than 1.5 billion Euro in energy, transportation, infrastructure, financial sector, agriculture management.
