YOZGAT
Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdag on Tuesday said that those who were responsible for the deadly blast in the south-eastern province of Gaziantep on Monday could not be "humans".
Speaking during an Eid al-Fitr program of the ruling Justice and Development (AK) Party in central Anatolian province of Yozgat on Tuesday, Bozdag said that "individuals carrying traits of humans could not stage a deadly attack as was staged in Gaziantep on Monday. Humans do not compete with each other to kill others. Surely, they can not be Muslims."
"The Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) is an extension of terrorist organization PKK. They have never distanced themselves from PKK. They have never cursed violence and terror. In the latest incident, they condemned the attack but not the terrorist organization and the terrorists. It is not possible for those getting strength from a terrorist organization to condemn terror," Bozdag underlined.
"I curse with hatred all terror incidents, terrorists, terrorist organization and their supporters," Bozdag also said.
Nine people were killed in Gaziantep on Monday night when a car with explosives was detonated.
