Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud will arrive in Turkey on December 5.
Mohamoud, who was elected president on September 10, will pay his first official abroad visit to Turkey.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan assigned a private plane of Prime Ministry to bring Mohamoud in Turkey.
Turkey is extending humanitarian aid as well as infrastructure assistance to Somalia which has been living its most droughty times of the past 60 years since 2011.
Premier Erdogan and accompanying ministers, journalists and musicians had paid a visit to Somalia in August 2011 which brought momentum in Turkish-Somali relations.
Turkey became the first country which opened an embassy in Somali capital Mogadishu on November 1, 2011, and appointed Cemalettin Kani Torun as the ambassador.
Also, Turkish Airlines (THY) became the first and only international airline company which established Somalia's connection with the world by starting Istanbul-Mogadishu flights on March 5, 2012 after Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA) restored Mogadishu Airport.
