''PKK's withdrawal decision is a historic process''
BDP executive said real process would begin after withdrawal.

Peace & Democracy Party (BDP) executive Pervin Buldan defined PKK terrorist organization's decision to withdraw from Turkey as a historical development and process.
BDP's group acting chairperson Buldan told AA that the real process would begin after PKK's withdrawal.
Murat Karayilan, one of the heads of PKK, said on Thursday that PKK terrorists were set to begin withdrawing from Turkey on May 8. The withdrawal announcement follows a call by PKK's jailed leader Abdullah Ocalan for ceasefire as part of talks with Turkish intelligence officials to end nearly three decades of armed conflict that killed tens of thousands of people.
Buldan said that Turkey was passing through a historical phase, adding that it was a process of expectation and hope in the aspects of Kurds.
We are hopeful about such a process, and it is important for us to evolve this matter into a peace process, said Buldan, and added she did not think a negative situation would occur during withdrawal.
In his statement, Karayilan said the withdrawal of PKK terrorists was the first phase of solution process, adding that the second phase would include constitutional reforms and the third would be the phase of "normalization."
