Led by Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, the meeting in Baku hosts foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan and finance minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
At the beginning of the meeting, on the occasion of handing over the term presidency of ECO to Azerbaijan, Davutoglu invited the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Memmedyarov to the presidency desk.
