    Manchester City secure 4th consecutive league win

    ANKARA

    Manchester City beat struggling Brighton 1-0 Wednesday thanks to a first-half goal by Phil Foden at Etihad Stadium. 

    The home side secured its fourth successive Premier League win with the victory.

    Manchester City are in fourth place with 32 points, while Brighton sit in 17th spot with 14 points.
