The 13th week of Germany's top football division, the Bundesliga, ended on Sunday.
Nicknamed The Black and Yellows, Borussia Dortmund continued to disappoint their fans after they lost to Eintracht Frankfurt 2-0 in an away match at the Commerzbank-Arena on Sunday.
Home team Eintracht Frankfurt won the game thanks to goals scored by Alexander Meier and Haris Seferovic. The loss in Frankfurt pushed Borussia Dortmund down to 18th place in the league.
Second-place Wolfsburg defeated Borussia Monchengladbach 1-0 at home on Sunday. Robin Knoche's goal in the 12th minute allowed Wolfsburg to finish the job early at their Volkswagen Arena.
Bayern Munich won against Hertha Berlin 1-0 in an away game on Saturday, with Dutch winger Arjen Robben scoring the winning goal for Die Bayern at the Olympiastadion in Berlin.
Defending Bundesliga winners and current league leaders Bayern Munich thus maintained their 13-match unbeaten run in the league this season.
On the same day, Bayer Leverkusen thrashed Koln 5-1 at Leverkusen's home ground, the BayArena.
The winning side's Turkish attacking midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu found the net for his club and, thanks to the victory, Bayer Leverkusen climbed to third place in the league table.
