The Israeli army killed at least 44 more Palestinians in fresh airstrikes across the Gaza Strip on Monday as the Israeli genocide continued unabated.
In the latest Israeli airstrikes, six Palestinians were killed and 21 others injured in an Israeli bombing that targeted the Al-Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, according to medical sources.
A medical source told Anadolu that four people were killed and six others injured in an Israeli strike on a cafe in the Shejaiya neighborhood in eastern Gaza City.
A girl was also killed and several people were injured in another attack in the same neighborhood, he added.
A Palestinian boy also lost his life while several people were injured in a drone strike in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City, the source said.
An Israeli fighter jet shelled a group of civilians in western Gaza City, killing one person and injuring several others, another medical source said.
Palestine’s official news agency Wafa, citing medical sources, said earlier that 15 people were killed and 10 others injured in an Israeli airstrike on a residential apartment in the Al-Karama area in northwestern Gaza City.
Four others were killed and five injured in another Israeli airstrike on a home in the Salateen neighborhood in the northern town of Beit Lahia, Wafa added.
Another strike killed two more Palestinians in the same town, medics said.
Two people were killed in an Israeli strike on the Qizan Abu Rashwan area in the southern city of Khan Younis, a medical source told Anadolu.
Five more Palestinians were killed in the eastern part of Khan Younis, while another civilian lost his life in eastern Qarara, north of the city.
A medical source said that a number of civilians were injured in Israeli strikes in the vicinity of the Al-Mujahideen Mosque in the central city of Deir al-Balah.
Two people died of injuries they sustained in earlier Israeli strikes in Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah, medics said.
One more person was killed in an Israeli drone strike on a group of civilians in the eastern area of Jabalia in northern Gaza.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army continued its systematic home demolitions in various areas of eastern Gaza City and Rafah in southern Gaza.
Over 52,500 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza in a brutal Israeli onslaught since October 2023, most of them women and children.
The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants last November for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.
