GAZA CITY, Palestine / ISTANBUL

Four Palestinians, including a child, were injured in fresh Israeli attacks in Gaza on Monday evening, in the latest violation of a fragile ceasefire agreement, medics said.

An Israeli quadcopter drone fired a missile into a group of civilians near a restaurant in the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, injuring three people, including a child, medical sources told Anadolu.

In northern Gaza, a young man was wounded by Israeli gunfire in the town of Beit Lahia, the sources added.

The two targeted areas are among the locations from which the Israeli army had withdrawn under the ceasefire deal that took effect on Oct. 10.

Palestinians have accused Israel of repeatedly violating the ceasefire agreement.

According to the Gaza government media office, at least 411 Palestinians have been killed and 1,112 others injured in Israeli attacks since the ceasefire.

The Israeli army has killed nearly 71,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injured over 171,000 others in attacks in Gaza since October 2023.
