Turkish stock exchange begins week flat
BIST 100 index gains around 0.1 points at Monday's open

ISTANBUL
Türkiye's benchmark stock index opened Monday at 10,358.61 points, up slightly by 0.14 points from the previous close.
On Friday, the BIST 100 rose 0.26% to close at 10,358.46 points, with a daily transaction volume of 114 billion Turkish liras ($2.83 billion).
As of 10.25 am local time (0725GMT), exchange rates stood at 40.2070 Turkish liras to the US dollar, 46.9500 to the euro, and 54.1520 to the British pound.
The price of an ounce of gold was $3,369.90, while Brent crude oil was trading at $69.95 per barrel.
