Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday received Mahmoud al-Mashhadani, speaker of the Council of Representatives of Iraq.
Erdogan and Mashhadani met with Turkish Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmus at the Justice and Development (AK) Party headquarters in Ankara, which was closed to the press.
