ANKARA
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Sunday met with European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas in Luxembourg.
The meeting took place while Fidan was attending the EU Council of Ministers session, diplomatic sources said.
