A suspected World War II-era bomb was discovered at a construction site at Hong Kong Airport, prompting the evacuation of workers as explosive ordnance disposal officers were deployed to the scene.
The bomb, measuring 30 cm by 7 cm (11.8 by 2.8 inches), was reported to police by a construction worker, according to the South China Morning Post.
Police said its explosive ordnance disposal bureau was handling the case.
