Police are investigating a reported shooting in Washington, DC near an event marking the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Fitr, according to local media reports on Friday.
US Park Police responded around 1.15 pm (1715GMT) to reports of gunfire near the Anacostia Park Skating Pavilion, with one possible victim initially reported but not confirmed at the scene, FOX 5 DC reported.
Authorities are searching for two suspects dressed in black who were last seen riding all-terrain vehicles, it added.
The park has been closed as the investigation continues, according to local media.
