The number of corona virus victims in Saudi Arabia has risen to 39, according to a statement released by Saudi Arabia's Health Ministry.
The ministry said one more person has been hospitalized due infection with the virus which has symptoms similar to severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).
Margaret Chan, director general of the World Health Organization (WHO), has stated they were worried as the virus has potentials to spread.
According to WHO reports, since September 2012 SARS-like virus MERS, which emerged in Middle Eastern countries, had affected 49 people and killed 24.
