At least 320 people, many of them civilian, had been killed in Darayya, near capital Damascus, eyewitnesses told Anadolu Agency (AA) on Wednesday.
A wounded Syrian in Darayya, who spoke to AA on condition of anonymity, said that Darayya had seen huge assault from Bashar Al-Assad's troops on August 25.
Stating that Free Syrian Army had left the city after 5-day clashes, the person said that following withdrawal of opposition groups, regime supporters had killed hundreds of people including children and women.
Another witness Ali Receb said in tears that snipers had not let civilians leave the city without exception of children and old people.
Receb stated that Assad's supporters killed even 156 Syrians who were trying to protect themselves form any attacks at Abu Sulayman mosque.
AA did not broadcast the footage of the massacre in line with its ethical broadcasting principles.
The images brought the cruelty to light that upset human beings.
