The Syrian Revolution Martyr Database (SRMD) announced on Monday that the number of dissident people who were killed by security forces since Annan's ceasefire plan was 1,133 in Syria.
SRMD released the martyr's statistics since United Nations-Arab League Joint Special Envoy to Syria Kofi Annan's ceasefire plan began on April 4, 2012.
According to statistics, 1,133 people were killed, 69 of whom were children and 97 of whom were women.
The UN said more than 9,000 people have died in Syria since pro-democracy protests began in March 2011.
