ISTANBUL
Turkey's Borsa Istanbul (BIST 100) has signed Wednesday a data distribution contract with Bosnian Sarajevo's stock market.
As first step to become a 'regional data center', BIST 100 signed a contract with Sarajevo Borsa, according to BIST 100. The contract offered BIST 100 to get Sarajevo stock market data's authorization of sales and authorization of both domestic and foreign delivery.
All needed market data to take action in Sarajevo's stock market would synchronously be served to the investors. The delivery of Sarajevo's stock market would take place over Borsa Istanbul's authorized data distributors being valid from January 1, 2014.
Borsa Istanbul continues its contacts and studies with other stock markets within the scope of aiming to become a 'central data distributor'.
