At least nine people were killed while 100 others were wounded in two suicide attacks in northern Syrian city of Idlib on Monday.
Syria's state-run SANA news agency reported that the suicide attacks were conducted with two vehicles at the Hanano Square and on Karilton Avenue in Idlib.
Two UN observers came to the site of the blasts, took notes and talked with people nearby.
Meanwhile, Syrian security forces killed six people on Monday in clashes taking place in different corners of the country.
Earlier on Monday, a rocket attack was staged against the Syrian Central Bank in Damascus causing massive material damage. Four police officers were wounded in the rocket attack.
