Former settlement mayor urges demolishing all homes in Gaza, deporting residents

ISTANBUL, Türkiye
A former mayor of a settlement called Thursday for all homes in the Gaza Strip to be demolished, the deportation of residents and new settlements built throughout the region.
Daniela Weiss told Israeli media that she wants the destruction the military caused in northern Gaza to be replicated in the south, leading to the displacement of residents.
“After that, we can build new settlements throughout Gaza,” she said.
Weiss said: “Jewish settlers want to see the sea, and to achieve that, Gaza must be completely erased, and all its homes must be destroyed.”
The former mayor said Dec. 14, that “the time has come to return to Gaza, and (US President Joe) Biden should not stop us.”
