BATUMI
Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc on Friday met with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili in Batumi.
Speaking to reporters, Arinc said his meeting with the Georgian president discussed progress the two countries made in their bilateral relations, adding that Turkey would continue to support Georgia in its economic development.
Arinc said the two countries also shared similar views in foreign policy issues.
