EDIRNE
Turkey and Greece are planning to build two new bridges over Meric River, which marks the border between the two countries, an official with the Turkish Foreign Ministry said Friday.
The bridges will connect Turkey's Ipsala and Greece's Kipi border crossings and they will be jointly constructed the near the existing 60-year-old one.
Both bridges will be 800 meters long and fifteen meters wide.
