Turkey condemned the terrorist attack which was staged in Lebanon's capital city Beirut on Friday.
Turkish Foreign Ministry stated that it condemned the terrorist attack which killed and wounded many people in Beirut.
We are sharing the pain of Lebanese people, stated the ministry, and offered condolences to the relatives of victims and wished speed recovery for the wounded people.
The ministry said that Turkey would continue to stand against every attempt targeting the stability of Lebanon.
A blast, which occurred in Beirut yesterday, killed at least eight people including the intelligence chief of the country's internal security service Gen. Wissam al-Hassan, and wounded 80 others.
