KAYSERI
Police officer Ahmet Geben was killed in a clash with terrorists ahead of a blast outside a police station in Pinarbasi town in central province of Kayseri.
A statement by the police department said that Geben was killed in clash with terrorists before the blast and later a car loaded with bomb exploded after a hand grenade was hurled on it.
Two suicide bombers in the car were also killed,it said.
In ealier two people were detained for their possible connection to today's blast in central Anatolian province of Kayseri.
One of those detained is an owner of a car dealership in Gaziantep who sold the vehicle used in Friday's suicide attack and the other one is a person whose fake ID was used in the auto sale.
11 of wounded in Kayseri blast discharged
On the other hand, 11 of 17 people who were wounded in a blast outside a police station in Pinarbasi town in central province of Kayseri were discharged from hospital on Saturday.
One of the wounded is in critical condition, doctors said.
On Friday a car bomb driven by two suspected suicide attackers exploded outside a police station in Kayseri's Pinarbasi town,killing one police officer and wounding 17 others including children of police officers.
