DOHA (AA) - March 24, 2013 - Arab League foreign ministers agreed on Sunday to hand over Syria's seat to the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces.
Speaking to the Anadolu Agency, Oman's permanent representative to the Arab League said that majority of the members voted in favor of the hand over while Algeria and Iraq recorded a minute of dissent, and Lebanon abstained.
The Arab League suspended Syria's membership in November 2011.
