Liverpool clinched a narrow win against Manchester City in the 11th week of the English Premier League on Sunday.
Egyptian star Mohamed Salah netted the winning goal in the 76th minute at the Anfield.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp received a straight red card after arguing with referee Anthony Taylor in the 86th minute.
Manchester City, tasting their first Premier League defeat this season, are ranked second with 23 points, four points behind leaders Arsenal.
Liverpool jumped to the 8th spot, having 13 points after the home victory.
