Real Madrid prevented a disaster and secured 1 point with a 3-3 draw against Levante on Sunday.

Madrid scored an early opener with Gareth Bale's penalty kick in the 5th minute and got the lead through the first half.

Levante equalized at the start of the second half with Roger Marti's shot to the bottom right corner in the 46th minute.

The Valencia team took the lead twice with Jose Campana in the 57th minute and Rober Pier in the 79th.

But Los Merengues' star Vinicius Junior equalized the score twice in the 73rd and 85th minutes, getting his team off the hook.

Two games are left in Week 2 as Getafe will take on Sevilla while Osasuna will play against Celta Vigo on Monday.

Currently, Real Madrid placed second with four points at the La Liga table, while Atletico Madrid are at the top with six points.
