The Rangers rescued a 3-3 draw in the Old Firm derby against Celtic thanks to Rabbi Matondo's goal on Sunday.

Daizen Maeda scored the opener in the first minute, with Matt O'Riley doubling their lead from the penalty spot in minute 34 for Celtic at Ibrox stadium.

But the Rangers narrowed the gap to one with a penalty from James Tavernier, who fired into the top-left corner in the 55th minute.

The Rangers leveled the game in the 86th minute when Abdallah Sima made a close-range finish.

After a minute, Celtic took the lead again after Adam Idah found the net.

Matondo rescued a late draw for the Rangers with a classy long-range goal in stoppage time.

The Rangers have collected 74 points in 31 games in the Scottish Premiership, a point behind leaders Celtic, who have played a game more.
