NBA: Warriors beat Clippers to lead series 2-1

ANKARA

Reigning NBA champions Golden State Warriors defeated Los Angeles Clippers 132-105 Thursday night to lead the series 2-1 in the Western Conference's first round.

Warriors' superstar Kevin Durant was red hot against Clippers as he scored 38 points in only 30 minutes of gameplay. Durant also produced seven assists and grabbed four rebounds.

Stephen Curry also scored 21 points in the victory, helping the Warriors re-take the series lead at Clippers' home Staples Center.

Clippers center Ivica Zubac was his team's top scorer with 18 points, he also made a double-double with 15 rebounds.

Clippers' sixth man Louis Williams scored 16 points against Warriors, while JaMychal Green and Montrezl Harrell each scored 15 points off the bench.

The series will continue with the fourth match in Staples Center on Sunday.
