Man City player Cancelo attacked during home robbery
Robbers batter 27-year-old, steal his jewelry on Thursday

ANKARA
Manchester City's Joao Cancelo was attacked by robbers who broke into the Portuguese defender's house late Thursday.
Cancelo said on Instagram that four robbers assaulted him and stole "all his jewelry."
The 27-year-old right back showed his photo on social media that he has a bruise on his right eye.
The attack also left him with a cut above his right eyebrow.
"When you show resistance this is what happens," Cancelo said, adding that his family is fine.
Cancelo left Italy's Juventus to join Manchester City in 2019.
This season, Cancelo scored three goals and produced seven assists in 26 appearances for the English club.
He helped Manchester City win the 2021 English Premier League title.
Separately, Cancelo is also playing for his native Portugal.
