ISTANBUL
Turkey’s Fenerbahce has bought Algerian football player Islam Slimani from England’s Leicester City, the Istanbul-based club announced on Saturday.
Fenerbahce said the 30-year-old striker has joined the club on a season-long loan.
Slimani has also played in Portugal's Sporting CP and another two clubs in Algeria. He also plays for his country's national team.
