Italy won the gold medal in a thrilling men's 4x100-meter relay final at Tokyo Olympics on Friday.
The Italian team of Eseosa Desalu, Marcell Jacobs, Lorenzo Patta, and Filippo Tortu completed the race in 37.50 seconds.
Italy sealed their first gold in the competition since London 1948.
Great Britain came second by only 0.01 seconds behind Italy as Canada finished with 37.70 seconds to clinch the bronze medal at Olympic Stadium.
