Inter Milan jump to top of table with 3-1 win over Spezia

Inter Milan jumped to the top of Serie A after beating Spezia 3-1 on Friday. 

The goals by Marcelo Brozovic, Lautaro Martinez, and Alexis Sanchez gave Inter Milan a remarkable victory.

Giulio Maggiore was the lone scorer on the home side at Alberto Picco.

Having collected 69 points, Inter Milan now lead Serie A, one point ahead of city rivals Milan.

Spezia now have 33 points and are in 15th place.
