Kosovan forward lands in Rome, set to undergo medical examination

ISTANBUL
Former Fenerbahce forward Vedat Muriqi has joined Italy's Lazio, the club announced on Sunday.
Muriqi has arrived in the Italian capital, and will undergo the usual medical examinations tomorrow, the Rome-based club said in a statement.
The 26-year-old Kosovan striker has played for several Turkish clubs, including Caykur Rizespor, Genclerbirligi and Giresunspor.
He scored 17 goals and produced seven assists in 36 appearances during the 2019-2020 season for Fenerbahce.
