 Paris Saint-Germain won the Coupe de France by beating the lower division team Auxerre, 1-0, in the final game at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, Paris, Saturday night.

Paris Saint-Germain’s Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani scored the winning goal by a header in the 65th minute of the match.

The Parisian giants won the domestic French cup trophy for the ninth time. They also managed to do the "quadruple" for the first time by snatching the Coupe de France. This season the club won the Ligue 1 title, "Coupe de la Ligue" (French League Cup) and "Trophee des Champions" (Super Cup) as well.
