Football: Ljajic joins Besiktas on permanent deal
Besiktas to pay $7.2 million to Torino as permanent transfer fee

ISTANBUL
Turkish football club Besiktas transferred Italian club Torino’s midfielder Adem Ljajic on a permanent deal, the Istanbul club announced on Wednesday.
Besiktas will pay €6.5 million ($7.2 million) to Torino as a permanent transfer fee.
The 26-year-old Serbian midfielder Ljajic joined Besiktas on loan last season and scored 9 goals in 27 matches.
He was going to return to Torino at the end of this season if the Turkish club would not use the option to buy for the Serbian footballer.
In his career, Ljajic played for Serbia’s Partizan Belgrade and Italian clubs of Fiorentina, Inter and AS Roma, and Torino.
